The bad news: you might be chronically under eatin The bad news: you might be chronically under eating, especially when trying to eat “healthy” and/or lose weight. Whole foods are more satiating than processed ones, and many of us have an engrained diet mentality that has us feeling ashamed of wanting to eat. 

The good news: you get to improve your digestion, get delicious quality sleep, stabilize your mood, achieve glowing skin, have less painful periods and lose weight all while eating lots of nutrient dense, well rounded meals that you enjoy.

My morning consisted of:
- Sleeping in 
- French toast with a hot collagen matcha
- A low key weight workout while listening to good music 

Next I have a fun lunch out with family before returning home to solitude and a cozy evening in. 

However you are spending the holiday, I hope you take very good care of yourself. That goes for every other day as well!

There’s no need to put a label on your diet. Enjoy a wide variety of whole foods and well-structured meals, then watch yourself thrive. 

A bed of raw spinach topped with white rice cooked in mushroom broth & lots of seasonings, black beans sautéed w/ onions, zucchini, red bell pepper, mushrooms, a few baked sweet potato medallions & micro-greens sprinkled on top 👌

Tuesday morning 🧇 ❤️‍🔥 “Regular” Tuesday morning 🧇 ❤️‍🔥

“Regular” waffles & pancakes have always made me feel like death, how about you? 

Sometimes you need one, though. Which is why I created this fluffy waffle, pancake and muffin batter which is nutritious, easy to digest and won’t spike blood sugar. 

- 1 banana 
- 2 eggs 
- 1/2 cup gf quick cooking oats 
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1T ground flax seeds 
- 1 drop vanilla extract 
- optional add ins: blueberries, cacao nibs, etc. 

**blend all ingredients minus the add ins until smooth and there you have your mix. 

I had a ping while in conversation with a client the other day to add mixed berries & lemon zest for a muffin mix. 👀
